Easy Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned low-fat refried beans
  • 1 bag totilla chipa
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken chopped
  • 8 oz Mexican cheese blend shredded
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Scallion chopped
  • Salsa
  • guacamole
  • low fat sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 400. Microwave beans with just enough water to make them spread easily.
  2. Arrange chips on a large foil-lined baking sheet. Top with beans, chicken, cheese, tomatoes, scallion.
  3. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve with sides of salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
