Egg Salad By Nana

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover for 17 minutes. Place the eggs in cold water for 15 minutes and then remove the shell. Dice the eggs and place in a mixing bowl. Dice the onion up and add to the eggs with the remaining ingredients and mix.
