Egg Salad By Nana
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Pickle Relish
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 small Onion
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover for 17 minutes. Place the eggs in cold water for 15 minutes and then remove the shell. Dice the eggs and place in a mixing bowl. Dice the onion up and add to the eggs with the remaining ingredients and mix.
