- 1 Capsicum Cut in 1/4
- 2 handfull Baby spinach
- 15 leaves Cos lettuce 3 leaves per student
- 1 small Beetroot Cut in 1/2 (or slices)
- 24 Grapes 8 grapes per student (total 24 grapes
- 2 Apples Cut in 1/2
- 3 punnets Cherry tomatoes Total of 43, 6 per student
- 1/4 cup Tinned Corn 1/4 C per student
- 10 button mushrooms 5 per student
- 1 1/2 Avocado Cut in 1/4
- 150 grams Cheese 30g per student
- 2 Uncooked egg
- 8 Uncooked chicken ; 50g per student
- 1 Tuna 50g per student
- 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 8 tablespoon Olive oil
- 5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Plain flour 1/2 cup between 2 students
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup between 2 students
- 3 tablespoons Milk 1 Tab between 2 students
- 90 grams Butter 30g between 2 students
- 1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar for sushi
- 1 teaspoon Sugar for sushi
- 8 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Tub Margarine For toasties
