Friday Lunchboxes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium wraps
  • 4 ounces Deli Turkey
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • .5 each Cucumber chopped
  • 2 tablespoon peanut sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • .5 head romaine
  • .5 each Canteloupe
  • 100 grams bits and bites
  • .5 each red and yellow pepper sliced
  • 2 each granola bars
  • 2 each yoghurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Divide vegetables and turkey amongst four wraps, drizzle with peanut sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  2. 2. Cut cantaloupe into cubes and divide among four containers.
  3. 3. Divide bits and bites among four containers
  4. 4. Pack on granola per child and one yoghurt per adult
